Can i put a "saber" trigger on my MR1 (without the E-grip) and how much will it cost?

If you mean the saber triggers with the pressed bearings from techt in a non etrig grip then it probably wouldn't be advisable man. The geometry is all wrong, those (sabers) are meant push against a micro switch instead of the seer that is in the mechanical grip. The only upgrade triggers I know for the mr series are the etrig models.
mind if I ask, are you looking at them because you are hoping to get a lighter action out of the trigger or because you like the aesthetic?

then sorry to tell you buds then to get the action what you want you'll need to get an etrig. The double trigger that comes on the mr1 is mechanical in nature and to lighten the action you'd need to get the shape of your trigger and seer changed, probably a couple of springs and pins too. while there are some aftermarket parts like that made for tippmanns I don't know of anything for the mr1 mecahnical trigger so you're looking at custom work and by the time you find someone to do it and work out a price it'll end up being more then the marker is worth.
if you wanna play around with it yourself and are looking for advice then give me a yell.
