Hey guys just doin a review on the ion. I know alot of people hate the ion but be reasonable its a decent beginner gun .. am i right? or am i right? anyways pros and cons Pros- My first pro is durability, this gun can go through stuff that my old bt could. My next pro is customizability you can get any colour of any body kit, grip, regulator cover, trigger ect. Then there is the weight, this gun only comes in at 2.2 pounds which is pretty good. If you put a carbon fibre tank on it and thats a light weight setup.
Cons-My first con is that the stock parts almost *need* to be upgraded like the feedneck and the trigger and so on. My second con is that the gun leaks , its what its known for ions leak all guns leak its gonna happen but its still a con. last con is that smart parts is out of buisness so its hard to get parts.
So thats all i think i covered most but feel free to leave your own comments on the gun and tell me some advice on which speedball gun to get because im thinking to upgrade maybe a g4 or something not sure:P

I agree with what you have said about the Ion except for one con...just because Smart Parts went belly up doesn't mean that parts are always harder to find, but you just have to know who still makes after market parts for them...they were mass produced and people don't want to get rid of them, so after market is the way to go...it just takes more research into who makes good product
